Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 17, 2026
These terms describe basic expectations for using AssetKit's browser-based image tools. Read them together with the Privacy Policy.
Using the service
You may use AssetKit for lawful image work. Do not use the service to violate another person's rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the website, or attempt to compromise its security or availability.
Your files and permissions
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to select, edit, and distribute the images you use. Keep your original files when they matter to you. AssetKit processes images in your browser and does not take ownership of your files.
Browser-based tools and outputs
Results depend on browser image decoding, Canvas encoders, available device memory, and the settings you choose. Conversion may change color or detail, resizing can discard detail, animated images may become a single frame, and a converted file may be larger than its original.
Check exported files before relying on them, especially for important, professional, archival, or compatibility-sensitive work. AssetKit does not promise a particular output quality, file size, or compatibility with another service.
Availability and changes
AssetKit is provided as an online utility and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Updates may change supported browsers, formats, limits, or features. Download outputs you want to keep; do not rely on the site as file storage.
Responsibility and applicable law
Use the tool with care and keep independent copies of important source files. These terms do not remove any consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limits on responsibility must be read subject to the laws that apply to the service and the user.
The responsible operator and governing law and jurisdiction have not been specified. This draft does not select or promise a governing law or court venue.
